Fierce Wishcasting...

Jamie Ridler asks us today *Where Do You Wish To Be Fierce?* This wish had me stumped and before even attempting to write I wanted to take some time and blog hop and read other wishcaster's posts as to what and where they wish to be fierce in their lives. As I was reading, I was loving all the strength and power held within their words but still could not connect myself to this wish until I saw this quote as I was looking up the definition of the word fierce.

“Don't take 'no' for an answer, never submit to failure. Do not be fobbed off with mere personal success or acceptance. You will make all kinds of mistakes, but as long as you are generous and true, and also fierce, you cannot hurt the world..."-Winston Churchill

The last few days I have felt this enormous amount of anger and just could not put the pieces together as to why I was feeling this way and when I sat down to think about it this is what I discovered.

I wish to be fierce with my dreams, desires and goals. I refuse to settle anymore in any aspect of my life, especially my personal dreams of becoming an Energy Healer; having my own practice and working with animals. I inquired about a possible job in a local pet salon/pet resort two days ago and once again I heard the same thing. I would be starting from ground zero again and working my way up. I already have experience and after getting off the phone within a few hours that is when my anger began to build. I refuse to settle once again when I know deep within my heart that I am great at what I do, I have talent and I know for a fact that I have what it takes to guide in healing, to teach and to make a difference so there is no room anymore for just settling.

I will continue to be fierce in my studies, my classes and within myself. I have too much love for myself and those around me to ever settle once again.
